摘　　要：二战后,英国高中办学模式选择经历了一个从单一向多样化的历史转变过程,并呈现出明显的多样性、选择性、实用性和协调性等特点。在满足社会对精英教育和大众教育的需求、有效解决教育公平与效率的矛盾关系、促进普职融合教育体系的建立等方面提供了许多可资反思与借鉴的经验。After World War II,the high school mode choice has experienced a historical process of transformation from singularity to diversity in the UK,and have present obvious diversity,selectivity, effectiveness ,harmony and so on. These modes have meet the community＇s elite education and mass education needs,effectively solved the contradictory relationship between equity and efficiency,promoted general education and vocational education integration, which can provide us some important reference and experience worthy our learning and borrowing.
