摘　　要：伴随着电子产品向多功能、微型化和高密度方向的发展,片式小元件的规模化应用给传统的SMT组装工艺提出了更严格的要求,从PCB设计、焊膏选择、模板制作与印刷、元件贴装和再流焊接工艺等方面,对片式小元件的质量控制给以详细阐述。with the development of electronic products for many functions,miniature and higher density,the application widely of small components brings a stricter requirement to the SMT assembly process.Give a detailed description for the quality control process of small component from the PCB design,solder paste choose,stencil design and printing technology,component placement and reflow soldering process.
