摘　　要：为了适应培养高素质创新人才的要求,就实验室开放模式的建立进行了探索与实践。其主要内容包括创新研究课题开放、创新实验项目开放、实验室硬件条件建设、实验技术影像课件开放及实验室开放的管理。经过多年来的探索和实践已取得较好的成效,表明这一开放模式对学生的创新与实践能力培养是行之有效的。To meet the requirements of training high-quality innovative talents,this study explored and practiced how to estab-lish laboratory opening mode which covered the open of innovative research projects,innovative pilot projects,video courseware of experimental techniques,and construction of laboratory hardware and management of laboratory opening.After exploring and practicing for many years,the laboratory opening and management mode have got satisfactory results which suggest it is an effective mode in rais-ing the innovative and practical ability of the students.
