摘 要:提出了采用弹性联接结构设计软地面半履带气垫车的设想,其优点在于既可降低车辆的总功率消耗又可改善车辆行驶的平顺性。对载荷匹配与功率消耗关系进行分析后得出,该车辆具有总功率消耗最小点。并在试验室条件下对该模型车进行了试验验证。A hybrid vehicle, which combines aircushion technology with a travelling mechanism, is an efficient solution for a heavy duty vehicle working on soft and wet terrain conditions. In this paper, a new design method is proposed for a semitracked aircushion vehicle on soft terrain. The vehicle body and travelling mechanism are designed individually and by using a verticalslip spring mechanism to transfer and distribute vertical loads and transverse forces. Focusing on optimizing the total power consumption, the relationship of load distribution and power distribution are investigated, demonstrating that for a particular soil condition, there is an optimal load distribution ratio which results in minimum total power consumption for this semitracked aircushion vehicle. Based on developed prototype vehicle, the experiments are carried out which shows that the proposed design method can meet the damned of tractive and transport efficiency with minimum total power consumption.
