摘　　要：焦虑是一种消极的情感因素，过度焦虑可能是语言学习中最大的情感障碍。本文对师源性心理因素引起的语言焦虑进行了分析，并从教师提高自身修养、营造和谐课堂氛围、发挥评价的激励机制等方面探讨了缓解策略。Anxiety is negative sentiment factor and excessive anxiety may be the biggest sentiment disorder in language learning. This paper analyzes language anxiety causes by teachers＇ psychological factors and discusses alleviating strategies from improving teachers＇ quality, creating harmonious classroom atmosphere and playing incentive system of assessment.
