摘　　要：针对新建本科院校在教学质量监控方面的现状和存在的问题,在广泛调研的基础上,学习借鉴兄弟院校的成功经验,提出了构建新建本科院校教学质量监控体系的指导思想和基本原则,并结合榆林学院实际形成了一套教学质量监控体系,希望对同类院校能起到借鉴作用。In light of the current situation and existing problems on quality of education supervision of newly-established universities,on the basis of extensive research,as well as learning from sister colleges＇ successful experience,this paper sets forth the guidelines and fundamental principles of building the monitoring system of newly-established universities,and forms a monitoring system about quality of education considering Yulin University＇s practice,which hopes that peer colleges can learn from this.
