摘 要:在从事单杠教学中,使用托背扶腿法进行保护与帮助时,学生易出现脱杠或翻下现象,教师的工作量大,教学效果也不明显.采用了单臂扶托法进行对比教学试验,由于该方法缩小了保护与帮助的区域,持握点准确、牢固,施力方向符合力学原理,避免了托背扶腿法出现的不利现象.消除了练习者的惧怕心理,降低了教师的工作强度和心理压力,使教学效果得到明显提高.In single-bar teaching,it is found that when the teacher helped and protected students with supporting back and holding legs,uch phenomena as departing bar and dropping off bar often occurredI.n additiont,he teaching effect is not evident apart from the big work load in teachers.Therefore,adopted the one-arm supporting method to conduct comparative teaching experiment.With this method,distance for protecting and helping is shortened,the supporting point accurate and firm,the exerting-force orientation avoided.By this way learners’ fear in effect turns out to be improved noticeably,teachers’work intensity reduced and learners’ pressure lessened and the effect of teaching enhanced evidently.
