摘　　要：以普通中学为研究层次,运用访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,就学校体育政策执行主体能力欠缺及形成机制进行了深入探析.认为学校体育政策执行主体能力欠缺主要表现在校长认知、认同力和体育教师一般执行能力2个方面.With ordinary middle schools being its research layer,tries to further analyze the deficiency and formation mechanism of the subject ability of policy execution in school sports by taking methods of documentary,interviews,questionnaires,statistics,logic analyses and so on.On the basis of the above analysisi,t was believed that the main manifestations of such deficiency lie in the cognition and recognition of principals and the general executive ability of P.E.teachers.
