高校生源状况演变历程及影响因素分析——以河南科技学院为例

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化的逐步深入,高校生源竞争日趋激烈。而生源质量是高校培养高素质人才的前提和基础,决定着高校人才培养的起点和高度。结合高校自身办学实际,全面、深入分析影响生源质量的成因及制约因素,研究、制订吸引优质生源的措施及对策,对提高高校人才培养质量、促进我国高等教育事业协调稳定、可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。With the development of the popularization of high education in China,the competition for the students resources of enrollment of different colleges is getting more intense.Because the quality of the students resources is the basis and premise to cultivate high quality talents in colleges,it decides the starting point and height of talents cultivation of colleges.Combining with the actual situation of school running of college,this paper makes a comprehensive and deep analysis on the main causes of influencing and limiting the quality of students sources,researches and makes the methods and counter measures to attract the high quality of students resources.It has an important practical significance to improve the quality of talents cultivation of colleges,promote the harmonious stability and sustainable development of high education cause of China.
