摘 要:[目的]了解和探索板栗雄花芽分化的生理机制,探讨科学有效地抑制雄花芽分化、促进雌花分化的方法,并为板栗的开花授粉、结实丰产的化学调控及合理的施肥措施提供理论依据。[方法]以6年生鄂栗2号板栗(Castanea mollissima B l.)为试材,在雄花芽临界分化期测定了雄花芽和同期叶芽中碳水化合物(可溶性糖、蔗糖、淀粉)和可溶性蛋白质的含量。[结果]板栗雄花芽临界分化期,雄花芽和同期叶芽中碳水化合物和可溶性蛋白质变化趋势相同,且雄花芽中这些物质的含量均高于叶芽。综合可知,一定浓度范围内,可溶性糖、蔗糖和可溶性蛋白的积累促进了雄花芽的分化。[结论]板栗雄花芽分化与其营养物质的积累有密切关系,也与叶芽分化有较密切关系。[ Objective ] The theoretical basis of the chemical regulation of pollination and the ratio of the seed-setting for high yield of chestnut and the reasonable fertilization was provided through the research on the scientific and effective inhibition of flower bud differentiation for the promotion of female flower differentiation based on the understanding and exploration of its physiological mechanism. [ Method ] The content of carbohydrate( soluble sugar, sucrose and starch) and soluble protein in the male flower bud and leaf budat same time in the critical period of male flower bud differentiation of the chestnut, which was 6-year old variety--Eli No. 2, were measured. [ Results ] The various trend of the content of carbohydrate and soluble protein in the male flower bud and the leaf bud at same time in the critical period of chestnut male flower bud differentiation was similar and the content of them in flower bud was higher that in leaf bud. Comprehensively, in a certain range of con- centration, the accumulation of soluble sugar, sucrose and soluble protein promoted male flower bud diff6rentiation. [ Conclusion ] There was close relation between the chestnut male flower bud differentiation and the accumulation of nutrient, and also, and leaf bud differentiation.
