摘  要:为了满足电动液压助力转向(EHPS)系统在转向助力时的平顺性要求,提出无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)调速系统模糊PID控制方法,介绍模糊PID控制策略以及模糊控制器的设计过程并设计模糊PID控制器。利用AMESim/Simulink联合仿真技术建立电动液压转向系统模型,进行对电机目标电流的跟踪响应仿真、电机转速特性仿真和EHPS系统的转向平顺性仿真。仿真结果表明:基于直流电机调速系统模糊PID控制的电机比传统PID控制的电机具有更好静、动态特性,从而使EHPS系统具有更好的转向平顺性。A method based on fuzzy-PID control which was suitable for BLDCM was presented in order to satisfy the smooth steering demand of EHPS system.The fuzzy-PID strategy and the design process of fuzzy-PID controller were dissertated.A fuzzy-PID controller was designed.The EHPS system model was established in AMESim and MATLAB /Simulink to make simulations with tracking of object current, rotary speed character of BLDCM and smooth steering of EHPS system.The simulation results indicate that the BLDCM controlled by fuzzy-PID strategy has a better static and dynamic characteristics than the BLDCM controlled by PID strategy,so the EHPS system has a better smooth steering characteristic.
