摘 要:阐述直驱式电液伺服系统的原理、组成和特点。将由吸排阀和锁阀组成的集成阀块与液压泵放入压力油罐组成直驱式油源,并对直驱式系统的动态特性进行理论分析。为改善其动态性能,设计模糊PID控制器,并进行试验研究。结果表明设计装置运行平稳可靠,控制器的控制效果良好,系统对外界干扰及负载变化有较强的鲁棒性。The principle,construction and characteristics of direct driven volume control (DDVC)electro-hydraulic servo system were illustrated.The oil source of DDVC system was composed of pressure tank,pump and integrated valve which was constituted of inlet and outlet valves,locking valves.The dynamic performance of the system were analyzed in theory.The fuzzy PID controller was designed to improve the dynamic performance of the system,and experiments were done to test it.The result indicates that the device work stably,the control effects of the controller is good and the system has better robustness in treating disturb of environment and load variation.
