The traditional marketing management hierarchy management system, that is the regional manager system, exist many problems, such as excesive management hierarchy anti duty overlap, which need to be changed. In the future, sales management hierarchy has three evolution models, which are the regional marketing manager system, the province and region marketing manager system and sales manager system.
