摘 要:现代工程的综合化和复杂化对工程技术人才的素质不断提出更新、更高的要求,在工程教育的人才培养模式中,如何处理好理论与实践、知识与能力、创新素质培养的问题以培养满足工程实践需要的专业人才,已成为高校和社会关注的焦点。本文以湖北汽车工业学院为例,紧紧抓住工程实践能力培养的核心要素,对人才培养模式进行了一系列的探索与改革,形成了一套理论课程与实践课程相对独立、理论教学与实践教学同步推进、校内实验基地与工厂实验基地相结合、实际工程背景平台与情景教育平台互相融合、产学合作、教育与生产实践密切结合的人才培养模式。The integration and complexity of modern engineering continually requires the engineering and technical personnel should have new and high quality.The issues that how to handle the theory and practice,knowledge and ability,innovation quality training to meet the needs of training professionals of the engineering practice in the engineering education training model has become the focus of universities and society.To take Hubei University of Automotive Industries as an example,the article focused on engineering practice ability training of the core elements,carried out a series of exploration and reform of the training mode,formed the training model of a set of independent theoretical courses and practical courses,promoted simultaneously the theory and practice of teaching,the school experiment base combined with the factory experiment base,the practical engineering background platforms integrated the scenarios education platform,constructed the industry-university cooperation,the education and production practice combined closely.
