摘　　要：报道了一种用水从苦荞粉中提取总生物碱的方法。通过单因素试验研究了生物碱的最佳水提条件。结果表明,在料液比为200 g/800 mL时,最佳提取条件为:用0.1%HCl在80℃下提取2h;在此条件下,生物碱的提取率为0.25%。A method for the extraction of the total alkaloids from Buckwheat Flour by water-extraction was introduced.The optimum water-extraction condition for alkaloids was studied through single fact.The results showed that under condition of feed solution ratio 200g/800mL,the optimal water-extraction condition were 0.1%HCl,temperature 80℃ and extraction time 2h.Under the optimal conditions,the extracted rate of alkaloids was up to 0.25%.
