浅谈高校学生组织核心价值观的构建

摘　　要：高校学生组织在推动学校发展、促进校园和谐、服务学生成长、帮助学生成才的过程中发挥着重要作用,但也存在管理不完善、凝聚力、战斗力不强等问题,其根本原因在于没有形成先进统一的核心价值观。因此,必须认真研究高校学生组织核心价值观的内涵,把握高校学生组织核心价值观构建的原则,采取积极有效的制度建设、动员培训、品牌打造、榜样示范、媒介宣传、情感维系、反馈评估、构建措施,促进高校学生组织更好地建设和发展。University students organization plays an important role in many aspecets——developing harmonious campus,improving students＇ growing,and success.But there are still some problems such as imperfect management,and weak rallying power and combat capability.The Fundamental reason is lack of advanced and unified core values.Therefore,we have to study carefully the meaning of core values of university students organization,and grasp principles of core values building of university students organization.Besides we should take active and effective measures to construct and develop university students organization better.
