摘　　要：教学督导工作，是教学质量监控的重要手段。通过对教、学、管进行检查、监督、评估和指导，推动教学质量不断提升，为社会培养出更多合格人才。因此，做好教学督导工作意义重大。以督学为突破口，提炼出了高效的督学模式，通过督学促进督教督管。Education inspection is an important means of education quality control in thatexamination, supervision, evaluation and guidance are given to teaching, learning and management, giving an impetus to promote education quality and cultivating more qualified talents for the society. Therefore, it is of great significance to accomplish the work of education inspection. This article summarizes experience in the practice of education inspection, from which an efficient learning inspection mode is extracted to advance inspection of teaching and management.
