摘  要:总结了该校近10年来"医学机能实验学"教学改革的实践,全面阐述了新型"医学机能实验学"课程体系建设的基本内涵,明确了建立新的实验学课程体系的基本点。即首先要转变实验教学观念,明确学科内涵和任务,把握学科定位。其次是优化教学内容及教学方法,完善实验教材和考评体系建设,组建知识结构合理的跨学科实验教学师资队伍,以上内容是新型实验学课程体系建设的重要环节。目前,该校已完成了依托基础、承接临床、辐射科研的贯通式"医学机能实验学"课程体系的构建,并在基础医学教育教学中发挥着重要作用。Summerizing the practice of medicine functional experiment teaching reformation in authors' college for nearly ten years, the basic connotations of the new course system construction were explained. To build up new medicine functional experiment course system, which depends on preclinical medicine, connecting clinic and scientific research work, changing teaching concept, confirming the connotation and task of subject, then holding subject location are the first work. On this basis, optimizing teaching content and methods, bettering teaching material, then perfecting the examination and appraisal system, establishing the cross-subject ranks of teachers with rational knowledge structures, all these are important links for course system construction of medicine functional experiment. Now the new course system has been constructed in our college and it' s playing an important role in preclinical medicine education.
