摘  要:临床思维能力的培养是教师指导见习医学生将书本知识融会贯通于临床实践的重要组成部分,是实现从医学生到临床医师过渡与转变的关键环节。传染病学由于其疾病的特殊性,在临床见习中具有独特的学科特点。结合传染病学的特点,作者从提高见习学生兴趣、树立"以病人为中心"的人本主义思想为出发点,探讨多种临床思维模式的培养,以帮助见习学生顺利过渡、转变为临床医师。The cultivation of clinical thinking ability is an important part in which teachers guide medical students during clinical probation to practice book knowledge and realize the transition to clinicians. Because of its particularity, clinical probation in the department of communicable diseases has a special feature. In this paper, by relating to the characteristics of communicable diseases, we start from enhancing students' interest and establishing the people-oriented idea, and then discuss the cultivation of different kinds of clinical thinking pattern in order to help students transform to clinicians smoothly.
