增强当代大学生心理健康教育实效性的对策探讨

摘　　要：针对当代大学生存在的环境认同和角色适应障碍、人际交往困难、学习择业困惑、生活情感挫折等心理问题,高校可通过建立特殊群体心理档案、实施家校联系制度、注重学生工作队伍建设、优化心理健康教育环境、宣传普及心理健康知识等对策,进一步增强当代大学生心理健康教育的实效性。Based on the psychological problems existed among the contemporary college students such as environmental-identified and role-adapted disorders,interpersonal difficulties,study-and-career-related confusions and life-and-emotion-related frustrations,colleges and universities might be able to further enhance effectiveness of mental health education on contemporary collage students through establishing psychological archives for special group,implementing home-university liaison system,emphasizing on student-oriented work team construction,optimizing the environment for psychological health education,demonstrating and popularizing psychological health knowledge,etc.
