摘　　要：通过文献调研对比分析国内主要查新机构的查新管理系统,介绍自主开发的中国科学院科技查新检索服务平台的设计理念、主要架构和功能,突出展示该平台的集成服务性、工作流程设计合理性和用户使用便捷性等特点,并对该平台的进一步改进提出建议。This paper analyzes novelty search service information management systems or platforms in main Chinese libraries and organizations, and comprehensively describes concept of design, system architecture and service functions of CAS Novelty Search Service Platform. It shows the features of the platform in integration services, reasonable workflow de- sign and userfriendly and so on. Finally, the authors provide some suggestions for improving platform functions.
