摘　　要：实现广西高职与东盟教育合作人才培养目标的措施是:双方应树立国际化的人才培养观念,各校应该拥有自己的"三师型"教师队伍,各国应派教师互访和互派留学生,加强合作办学,优化学科专业设置与课程设置等。The article attempts to come up with the initiatives for achieving talents cultivation objectives of educational cooperation between Guangxi-based vocational colleges and ASEAN, which are summarized as follows： Both sides should develop internationalized talents cultivation concepts; all the vocational colleges must be equipped with ＂triple-quality＂ teaching group; there should be teachers and students exchange between two sides; cooperative education should be strengthened and curriculum design should be optimized.
