摘  要:近年来青海省民族地区小学教育资源配置取得了重要进展,但是,小学教育资源配置不均衡的状况仍未得到根本改变,以青海省天峻县为个案,从师资水平、物质资源、信息资源三个方面来分析天峻县小学教育资源配置现状,探讨民族地区县域内小学教育资源均衡配置发展问题的成因,并提出了相应的优化配置措施和发展策略。In recent years,the development of educational resources allocation for primary schools has made important progress at the ethnic minority areas in Qinghai province;however,it is not balanced development and has not yet been changed fundamentally.This research analyses the current situation of educational resources allocation for primary schools,from three aspects of the quality of teachers,material resources,information resources,based on Tianjun County in Qinghai province.The research also explores the causes of the development problem within educational resources allocation for primary schools in ethnic minority areas,and puts forward the corresponding measures and development strategies of optimizing allocation.
