摘 要:丹凤葡萄酒厂作为民族企业中的典型代表发展至今已有近100年的历史,其酒以色如红宝石、透明晶亮、果香突出、甜酸适口、饮后余香绵久的特点而闻名于世。经过几代人的努力,该厂在20世纪80年代步入鼎盛期,90年代中后期,由于经济转型、市场因素和企业机制等原因,该厂陷入了困境。通过对丹凤葡萄酒厂种植基地、生产车间等的走访调研,介绍了该厂的兴衰史以及再图发展的各项举措,展望了丹凤葡萄酒的未来。Danfeng winery as a typical national enterprise has a history of 100 years now. The wine is famous for it is ruby color, transparent bright, prominent fruit aroma, sweet and sour taste, lasting fragrance. After the efforts of several generations, the plant peaked in the 80's of last century. After the late 90's, due to economic ~stmcturing, market factors and business mechanism reasons, Danfeng winel'y makes into a comer. Through visiting to workshops and other research planting base, acknowledging the rise and fall of the national enterprises, according to the tortuous development history of Danfeng winery, some lessons should been learn about a similar development in other own national enterprises, and its future is prospected.
