摘　　要：通过晒版实验,测试分析了实现网点最佳再现的曝光条件以及工业生产实用曝光条件下的网点再现情况,研究了不同的辅助曝光控制对网点再现的影响情况。为晒版工艺中,通过调整曝光方式和曝光量来平衡网点再现和版面洁净两方面的要求提供依据。By means of printing down experiment,the authors tested and analysed the exposure condition for realizing optimal dot reproduction and the circumstance of dot reproduction under practical exposure condition in industrial production,and studied the influence of different auxiliary exposure control on dot reproduction.Basis is provided for balancing two requirements of dot reproduction and clean layout by adjusting exposure mode and exposure value in the printing down technology.
