摘　　要：师生互动是一个复杂的过程,特别是探讨师生互动本质、特征与结构,无疑是我国教育发展中一项十分重要的基础研究工作。在互动概念的解析基础上,分别从教育学、心理学、社会学和计算机学科等视角出发对师生网络互动进行剖析,同时在分析课堂环境下师生互动失衡的现象中,引出对师生网络互动本质的探讨以及特征与结构的描述,最后,在正确理解师生网络互动的本质、特征与结构的基础上提出希望与建议。Interaction between teacher and student is complex process. Especially, we discuss the essence, attribute and structure of interaction between teacher and student. Our discussion will prompt basic education study in our development of education. The paper will to analyze interaction based on interaction conception and from multidisciplinary perspective, such as education,psychology,sociology and computer science. Meanwhile, we will analyze unbalance phenomenon of interaction between teacher and student, and to describe the essence, attribute and structure of interaction. Finally, we offer some advices based on really understand the interaction.
