摘　　要：开展医药知识产权教育,让医学生在学好所学专业的同时,了解和熟悉我国医药状况,掌握知识产权相关知识,对于保护我国医药知识产权、推动我国医药科技创新、促进我国医药卫生事业和医药产业的发展具有极其重要的战略意义。文章重点探讨了医药高校开展知识产权教育的重要性、可行性、定位和《医药知识产权》特色课程的构建及教学实践问题。The development medicine intellectual property rights education,lets the medico while learns studies specialized,understands and is familiar with our country medicine condition,masters the intellectual property rights related knowledge,regarding protects our country medicine intellectual property rights,to promote our country medicine scientific innovation,to promote our country medicine public health and the medicine industry development has the extremely important strategic sense.This article discussed the medicine university to carry out the intellectual property rights education with emphasis the importance,the feasibility,the localization and ＂Medicine Intellectual property rights＂ the characteristic curriculum construction and the teaching practice question.
