摘  要:[目的]了解北京市顺义区食品中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的污染状况,为制定防治措施提供依据。[方法]从顺义地区部分食品经营单位采集5类食品共1271份样品,按照国标法分离鉴定。[结果]单核细胞增生性李斯特菌总检出率为1.49%,其中生禽畜肉类为7.87%,其次为熟肉制品为1.74%,蔬菜为0.64%,水产品和沙拉中未检出。[结论]顺义地区部分食品不同程度受到单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的污染,尤以生禽畜肉和熟肉制品污染严重。[Objective]To investigate food contamination with listeria monocytogens in Shunyi,so as to provide guide for constituting preventive and remedial measure.[Methods]According to national standard methods,a total of 1 271 samples of foods(raw meat,cooked meat,aquatic product,vegetable and salad)were examined for the presence of listeria monocytogens.[Results]19 isolated strains were obtained from 1 271 samples,and the Presence of listeria monocytogens was 1.49%.The most frequently contaminated foods were raw meats(7.87%),followed by cooked meats(1.74%)and vegetables(0.64%),the strain was not found in aquatic products and salads.[Conclusion]Foods in Shunyi are contaminated by listeria monocytogens,particularly in raw meats and cooked meats.
