摘　　要：近年来,后进生问题成为教育学家、心理学家以及学校领导和教师关注的重点。本文通过梳理近10年的后进生的相关研究,分析了目前研究的热点,主要集中在后进生相关概念的界定、学业不佳的原因和对其转化的策略;并对后进生研究的局限和不足进行了剖析。In recent years, the problems of underachievers have become focus of the educationalists, psychologists, principals and teachers. Through analyzing relevant researches in present 10 years and current hotspots, these essays concentrate on the definition of underachievers, poor academic reasons and transformation strategies, and analyze the limit and shortage of current underachiever researches.
