摘  要:现代法学教育起始于欧洲,后经英伦传播至北美大陆,历经800年的世道变迁,逐渐形成了以培养学术性学位为主的欧洲模式和以培养专业学位为主的美国模式。当代中国法学教育起步于新中国成立之初,兴盛于改革开放之后。经历了30年的蓬勃发展,中国法学教育已经建立了完整的培养体系。教学范式从原先完全照搬前苏联模式,到后来兼取欧洲模式与美国模式,可谓是集世界之大成者。然而,教学范式的简单模仿并不能解决当前法学教育与社会需求之间的矛盾。中国法学教育要在世界法学教育中占有一席之地,必须在兼收并蓄、博采众长的基础上,形成符合自己特色的教学范式。Modern legal education originated from Europe, and then spread to North America via England. After eight hundred years ups and downs, legal education has developed into the European model and the American model, the former focusing on academic education while the latter on professional education. The contemporary legal education in China embarked on a new journey when the People's Republic of China was established and has been flourishing since the Opening-up Policy was implemented. Now legal education in China has developed into a well-rounded system. The teaching method has changed from modeling after solely that of the former Soviet Union to a combination of both the European model and American model. Nevertheless, simply copying the teaching methods of other countries causes the Chinese legal education system to fall short in meeting social demands. China's legal education won't achieve its own standing in the world unless it draws on the merits of others to develop its own unique teaching methods suitable for the Chinese situations.
