摘　　要：作为西方反乌托邦三部曲之一的《美丽新世界》,对极权主义进行了无情的鞭挞和讽刺。致力于维护极权主义的权力机制运作于阶级、种族和性别之中,并通过意识形态的灌输使人在习焉不察之中屈从于权力机制,从而造成人性的缺失。通过对权力运作方式的分析,指出反对极权主义、唤醒人性关怀是作者创作这部小说的目的。As one of the western dystopian trilogy,Brave New World ruthlessly criticizes and satirizes the totalitarianism.The power mechanism which aims to uphold totalitarianism works in class,race and gender,and makes people subject to it and results in the humanity loss.Through the analysis of the power working system,the author is to argue that opposing totalitarianism and arousing humanity care is the aim of writing this novel.
