医学研究生“激光扫描共聚焦显微技术”课教学方法研究

摘　　要："激光扫描共聚焦显微技术"是研究生"仪器分析"课的重要内容。为使医学研究生更好地学习其理论知识和技术方法,在教学工作中力求做到教学与科研发展相结合,以科研促教学;理论与实践相结合,与多种生物分析技术相结合,注重培养研究生的动手能力,参与意识。教学实践表明,这些教学方法有助于提高研究生教学质量,提高医学研究生综合素质。＂Laser scanning confocal microscope technique＂ is an advanced subject that develops rapidly in biomedicine.To help medical postgraduates learn the theory and technique,this course was designed to include the teaching and scientific research,theory and practice,confocal microscope and other microscope that should be combined together in the teaching process respectively.We emphasize especially cultivation of operating skill and participation awareness.The results demonstrate that teaching methods are very helpful in enhancing the quality of teaching and comprehension in research of postgraduates.
