摘 要:设计了联合收割机电气开机自检系统。通过分析联合收割机诊断对象电压的变化规律,建立了蓄电池和保险丝的故障诊断模型;通过对诊断对象施加测试电压,分析不同故障状态下的电流特征,建立了照明部分、喇叭的故障诊断模型;开发了联合收割机电气开机自检系统硬件和软件。试验结果表明,故障诊断算法正确,系统运行可靠。A novel technique of build-in test system for the electric installations of combine harvester was developed.A battery fault diagnosis model was established by analyze of law which the characteristic value of the system voltage changes with the engine starting.A fuse fault diagnosis model was established by analyze of the value of the fuse output voltage.Light bulbs and horn fault diagnosis models were established by analyze of law which the characteristic value of the test current changes with different faults.A MCU-based build-in test system for electric installations of combine harvester is developed,and the design method of hardware and software is presented.The test results show that the faults are correctly detected and identified and the system operates reliably.
