摘　　要：论述了贝塔朗菲的一般系统论的思想起源、主要内容,基于一般系统论的系统生物学的产生、研究思路和方法,阐述了生物学由还原论的研究方法过渡到系统论的研究方法,以及系统生物学未来的发展进行了评价。This review deals with Bertalanffy＇ general system theory： origin;contents.The general system theory-based＇s systems biology from aspects of its development,research thought and method.The research methods are also undergoing a change from detailed breakdown analysis to systematic integrated analysis,from analysis theory to system theory.The developments of systems biology in the future are appraised in the end.
