关于新时期高职高专就业前思想教育的若干思考

摘　　要：近年来,高职毕业生就业安置工作的压力日显突出,解决好高职生的就业安置已成为发展高职教育的当务之急。造成这种现象的原因是多方面的,从思想教育的角度来说,对此问题的解决除了加强传统教育、教学方法之外,还应该注重内容革新、实现教学动态管理和教育形式多样化,这样才能更为有效的实现就业前思想教育的目的,帮助学生顺利实现就业。In recent years,the higher vocational graduate employment resettlement work pressure is becoming day by day outstanding.It has become urgent to solve the employment resettlement of higher vocational education development.There are many reasons caused to be considered.From the aspect of ideological education,besides the traditional education and methods,it should be focused on the reform of contents,the realization of teaching dynamic management,and the diversification of education forms.Therefore,the target of ideological education before employment could be effectively realized which may help students＇ employment favorably.
