摘　　要：在市场经济中和谐社会得以实现的基础则是要素关系中最重要的劳动关系的和谐。而要实现劳动—资本这一对带有相对对立性的社会关系和谐共融,单纯依靠市场自发调节显然是不够的。为此,寻求长期动态的劳动关系解决方案,就成为政府的一项重要职责,也是衡量和评价一个社会是否处于和谐状态的关键因素。Harmonious society can be realized based on the harmonious of labor relations in a market economy.Implementation of harmony of labor-capital,simple reliance on market self-regulation is clearly not enough.Therefore,a government＇s important duty is to seek labor relations solutions with long-term dynamics.It is also a key factor that measurement and evaluation whether a society is in a state of harmony.
