摘　　要：责任心是个体重要的心理品质之一,是个体社会性品质的重要组成部分,它于教育、于个体和社会发展都有着重要而深刻的意义。责任心不仅是每个个体必须拥有、应该养成,即必须持有的一种重要的个性品质,更是一种道德素质和综合能力,是人才进入21世纪的护照。责任心的形成与发展与个体的身体和心理发展水平等因素有关,与家庭养育习俗和社区文化习俗等等外部因素也有极大的关系。孩子必须承担力所能及的家务劳动的习俗,有利于孩子责任心的养成;"宽范围"的人际交往对儿童责任心的养成利大于弊。Responsibility is one of the important psychological qualities and an important part of social quality of individuals.It is of great significance to education as well as development of individual and society.It is not only an essential personality trait that must be possessed,cultivated and maintained by every individual,but also a moral quality and comprehensive ability like a passport to enter the 21st century for talents.The formation and development of responsibility are closely related with both individual factors like physical and mental development and external factors like family education and cultural custom of communities.Children should shoulder appropriate housework and follow customs.It can help them develop the sense of responsibility.A wide range of communication is advantageous to their cultivation of responsibility.
