摘　　要：当下私立高校的生存与发展已然成为社会各界关注的热点之一,而籍由私立高校的资金来源多来于民间的特殊情况,其内部治理必然也成为学界探讨的问题。通过对民国时期中国私立高校的研究与思考,尤其对在这一时期私立高校内部监督机制的了解,私立高校对资金的投入、使用、资金管理人员的职责分工都有较完善的明文规定。这些都为我国解决私立高校内部治理所面临的问题提供了借鉴。Today,the survival and development of private universities have become one of the focus in society.Since a large part of source of funding is from private,the internal governance should become the academic study.By researching into the private universities in the Republican period of China,especially the understanding of the internal supervision mechanism,private universities have many better laws at all aspects such as the capital investment,the use of funds,the division of work and responsibilities in managers of fund.These provided experience for solving the problems of private universities in nowadays.
