摘 要:以往的口腔临床教学注重学生的基本技能、独立分析和解决临床问题能力的培养,使学生能够尽快地完成从口腔医学生到口腔医生的转变,但是随着医疗卫生体系和医疗模式的转变,要求临床医疗实践活动由疾病为中心转变为患者为中心,良好的医患沟通能力是口腔医学生成为一名合格的口腔医生必不可少的条件。在临床实习阶段加强医患沟通能力的培养,对提高口腔医学实习质量具有重要意义。In the past,the training of basic techniques and the abilities of analyzing and solving clinical problems independently were emphasized so as to make the students of stomatology qualified enough in a shortest time period to become dentists.However,with the changes in system of medial health and medical patterns,the illness-centered was turn to the patient-centered in the practice of clinical medical treatment.Good communication between doctor and patient is the indispensable condition for a stomatological student to become a qualified dentist.Therefore,the reinforced training of the communication between doctor and patient in the period of clinical practice is very important for the improvement in clinical practice of stomatology.
