摘　　要：地方院校在科研实力、科研竞争力、科研队伍、科研方向等方面都与国家重点大学存在较大的差距。科研管理水平的提升是地方院校提高自身竞争力的必然之路。因此,地方院校要从引导策划建立科研队伍、凝练科研方向、开展特色研究等方面入手提升科研管理水平。There is a large gap between local universities and key universities on the strength,competitiveness,staff and direction of scientific research.The promotion of scientific research management level is an inevitable road to the improvement of local universities＇ competitiveness.Therefore,the local universities should promote scientific research management level from the aspects of planning to establish a scientific research team with guidance,accurately positioning scientific research direction,and developing characteristic research.
