摘 要:目的探讨临床路径的理论和方法在脊柱外科护理实习生临床带教中的应用并评价其效果。方法将在我科的护理实习生96名学生随机分为两组,对照组采用传统临床带教方法,观察组采用临床路径式带教方法,比较两组理论、操作成绩及护生对带教方法的满意度,患者对实习生满意度考核。结果两组护理实习生在出科考核成绩(理论、操作)及对带教方法的满意度等方面比较,差异有统计学意义。结论将临床路径应用于护理教学中有助于提高临床护理教学质量。Objective To probe into application of theories and methods of clinical pathway on clinical teaching for student nurses in department of spinal surgery, then to evaluate its effect. Methods A total of 96 student nurses were divided into control and observation groups. Traditional clinical teaching was adopted for control group nurses. And nurses of observation group accepted clinical pathway teaching. Then theoretical examination, manipulation performance and satisfaction degree of student nurses toward the teaching method and satis- faction degree of inpatient toward student nurses were compared.. Results There were significant differences in terms of checking performance (theory, manipulation) and satisfaction degree toward teaching methods between the two groups. Conclusions Clinical pathway applied in nursing teaching is helpful for enhancing clinical nursing teaching quality.
