摘　　要：本文介绍了基于工作过程的嵌入式软件技术课程体系的制定过程、就业目标岗位及其工作任务,指出主要改革举措在于校企共同制定人才培养方案,强调说明如何进行行动领域归纳和学习领域转化,以及职业标准融入;最后总结了实施中存在的困难,并指出进一步工作方向是"优化课程体系,创设教学载体,开发项目课程,设计学习情境。突出能力培养,提高岗位针对性"。This paper introduces the procedure of rebuilding the embedded software technology curriculum system based on working process, the target job and the target job task, and point out that it is the primary action that the talent plan is made by school and enterprise jointly. It also emphasizes how to deduce the acting field, convert the learning field and melt the occupation qualification criterion. In the end this paper refers some diffieulties oeeurred when the plan was put into practice. It points out that the next step is to optimize the curriculum system, establish the teaching cartier, develop the project curriculum, architect the learning context, enhance the abilities development and improve the target job pertinence.
