摘　　要：高校体育是实施素质教育和培养全面发展的人才的重要途径,又是终身体育中最重要的、带有决定性意义的中间环节。因此,高校体育应当与素质教育相结合,更要与终身体育相接轨。必须对高校体育的教学目标、内容、方法、组织形式、评价体系等课程要素进行全方位的改革与重建,加强师资队伍建设,以更好地适应新时期培养全面发展高素质人才的需要。College P.E is an important way to conduct quality education and cultivate all-round development of the students as well as a decesive link in lifelong sports. Therefore, college P.E should be combined with the quality education and lifelong sports.Goal,content,method,organizing form and evaluating system of the college P.E teaching must be reformed and rebuilt to meet the need of cultivating high quality college students.
