摘　　要：目的：探讨基层医院在职护士对继续教育学习内容与方式的需求.方法：以问卷的形式调查泸县在职护士249人.结果： 对护理知识需求,占前6位的分别是：新业务、新知识（80.7%）、人文学科知识（73.6%）、法律、法规知识（67.7%）、专科理论与技能（61.9%）、计算机知识（61%）、护理健康教育知识（51.4%）.结论：239名护士对继续教育需求强烈,要有针对性的开展在职护士继续教育.Objective To investegate the contents and educational style of nurse＇ continueing educational need in basic hospital. Method 249 nurses in luxian basic hospital were survyed with questionaire. Result The most popular knowledge that nurses need is： new technology and knowledge （80.7%）, humanic science （ 73.6% ）, law and ru lesknoeledge （67.7 %）, special technology and knowledge （61.9 % ）, eompu ter knowledge （61%）, nursing health education knowledge（51.4%）. Conclusion eontinueing educational requirement is urgent and the porpuseful contenueing education is in need in basic hospital.
