摘　　要：建设高校信息文化是信息时代发展的最好选择。通过对河南省高校教育信息化绩效统计结果的分析,呈现高校信息文化的重要作用,在此基础上分别从物质、精神、制度和行为方面分析高校信息文化建设的特征,并对今后高校信息文化建设提出了具体的策略。Building the university＇s information cuture is the best choice in the information age.Through the result of educational informatization performance evaluation for university in Henan province,it shows the importance of information culture.On this basis,it analyses the characteristics of information cultural respectively from the material,spiritual,system and behavior.Then it makes suggestions the development of the strategy.
