摘 要:[目的]进一步提高绵阳市城区内学校的食品卫生质量,保障师生的身心健康及生命安全。[方法]对2006-2009年绵阳市城区内学校的食品卫生监测资料进行分析。[结果]2006-2009年合计检测各类食品872份,合格的728份,合格率为83.49%。检测合格率,2006年为76.42%,2007年为81.14%,2008年为87.38%,2009年为89.04%(P〈0.01);豆类制品为65.21%,面筋制品为75.00%,糕点类为79.42%,其他食品为90.09%(P〈0.01)。不合格食品均为微生物指标(细菌总数、大肠菌群、霉菌)超标。[结论]2006~2009年绵阳市城区内学校食品卫生合格率呈逐年上升趋势,部分食品因受到微生物污染而不合格。[Objective] To improve the quality of food hygiene in urban schools of Mianyang city,and guarantee the health and safety of teachers and students.[Methods]Analysis was made on the food hygiene monitoring data in urban schools of Mianyang city,2006-2009.[Results]From 2006 to 2009,a total of 872 food samples were detected,728 were eligible,the pass rate was 83.49%.And 76.42% in 2006,81.14% in 2007,87.38% in 2008,89.04% in 2009(P〈0.01);the pass rate of soy products was 65.21%,gluten products 75.00%,pastries category 79.42%,and others 90.09%(P〈0.01).The reason was microbial indicators(total bacteria,coliform bacteria,mildew) exceeded the national hygienic standard.[Conclusion]The pass rate of food hygiene is rising year by year in urban schools of Mianyang city,2006-2009,some foods are unqualified due to contamination by microorganisms.
