摘　　要：针对管式超滤膜组件的膜填充密度较小,装置能耗偏大的缺点,设计了一种内、外压式结合的新型管式超滤膜组件,并在发酵工业进行了应用试验。这种新型管式超滤组件的膜填充密度比外压套管式提高63.13%～71.98%,装置的占地面积和泵的能耗均比原外压套管式装置减少二分之一以上,实用价值明显。Considering small filling density and great power consumption of the previous tubular ultrafiltration membrane model 1, a new type of tubular UF membrane model 2, which combines external pressure with internal pressure, has been invented. The model 2 is used in ferment industry. It features the limited floor space which the equipment of model 2 needs. The power consumption of its pump has been reduced by 50% comparing with model 1. Therefore, the model 2 is practical.
