摘　　要：人才引进工作是高校改善师资结构,提升学术竞争力的重要手段。本文从建设高水平师资队伍的角度出发,探讨了人才引进工作的重要性及存在问题和解决方法。The introduction of talents is a significant measure for improving faculty structure and heightening the academic competitive capacity. Based on constructing high-level teaching faculties, this paper has probed into the problems of the introduction of talents and some measures.
