摘　　要：职业教育进入新世纪以来取得了长足的发展,但在发展过程中也存在诸如定位、招生、人才培养模式、学生管理等问题,这些问题的存在影响了职业教育的可持续发展。文章分析了问题存在的主客观原因,并提出了实现职业教育可持续发展的若干对策。Vocational education has made great progress since the beginning of the new century, but problems such as location, students enrolling, training the talented, students management also exist, which affected constant development of vocational education. The essay analyzes objective and subjective reasons and strategies to realize constant development of vocational education are provided.
