摘　　要：主要引入了一类新的算子k-拟-*-A算子,它是*-A类算子的推广,继而研究了一些它的重要性质,诸如若T是一个k-拟-*-A算子,则T在它的不变子空间M上的限制T|M也是k-拟-*-A算子;若T是一个k-拟-*-A算子且λ≠0,则N(T-λ)■N(T-λ)*.This paper introduces a new class of operators,class of k-quasi-＊-A operator which is a development of ＊-A operator.The research we gives its some imprtant properties,such as if T is a k-quasi-＊-A operator and M is its invariant subspace,then the restriction T｜M of T to M is also a k-quasi-＊-A operator;If T is a k-quasi-＊-A operator and λ≠0,then N（T-λ）■N（T-λ）＊.
